Integrations

Review draft. This source page has not completed website editorial and release-specific verification.

DirectorBridge adapters connect Directors through registered, typed contracts. Each integration has a stable ID and contract version; the required owner plugins and their minimum versions determine availability. Missing optional integrations do not disable DirectorBridge Core or the standalone Directors.

The maintained source currently supports the following integration IDs. Contract version 3 applies to Dialogue.Probability; the other listed contracts use version 1.

The canonical Inventory/SaveGame adapter is module DirectorBridgeInventorySaveGame, IntegrationId Inventory.SaveGame, ContractVersion 1.

Other Directors should integrate by adding an optional, owner-typed DirectorBridge adapter module. Declare the contract and owner constraints in its registration descriptor, call the participating Director’s supported API only from that adapter, retain and release registration handles with the adapter lifecycle, and add compatibility and behavior coverage. Do not add direct Director-to-Director calls or use SignalBus as a substitute for a semantic contract.
